Quick mess-free brownies! Perfect for sundaes and sizzlers!
170g semi-sweet chocolate(roughly chopped)
150g caster sugar
a few drops of vanilla essence
1/2 a tsp of baking powder
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 8 inch baking tray with foil.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate with butter till smooth. You can also do it in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and baking powder. Once mixed completely, whisk in the chocolate butter mixture. Fold in the flour, and combine it with the batter in not more than 20 strokes or it will be really chewy when baked.
Pour into lined tray and smoothen the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool and serve as a sundae or a sizzler or just alone!
