Easy and quick basa to serve with a quick salad.
Makes 1 fillet
175g basa fillet(damped dry)
salt, pepper, dried parsley for seasoning
ginger garlic paste, lemon juice(just a little to rub onto the fillet)
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1)Marinate the fillet with salt, pepper and dried parsley. Rub on the ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Rest for 1-2 hours.
2) Heat oil in a shallow pan. Coat the fillet with bread crumbs and fry till cooked and reddish-brown on the outside.
Enjoy with a cool salad and some mayonnaise!
