Mum’s Hot Chocolate

Heaven!

INGREDIENTS:

(Makes 3 glasses)

500g milk chocolate
2 teacups warm milk
100ml whipped cream
chocolate shavings for topping
1 tsp cocoa powder

METHOD:

1) Melt chocolate till smooth and runny in a double boiler. With two spoonfuls of this, coat glasses from the inside by pouring a bit at the rim of the glass and tilting accordingly. Let the glasses cool for 5 minutes.

2)Keep chocolate on double boiler so it doesn’t start setting. While chocolates heating, whisk in the cocoa powder into the whipped cream.

3)Whisk milk into the melted chocolate and pour into glasses. Top with cocoa cream and chocolate shavings.
