2 cups rice (boiled -do not cooked till mushy)
5-6 spring onions (roughly chopped-big chunks for crisp)
8-9 bacon slices (roughly chopped)
4-5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1-2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
salt and pepper for seasoning
sesame oil for stir frying
1)Heat oil in a wok. Add in ginger garlic paste, saute. Add in the soy sauce, sugar and bacon, saute for a couple of minutes.
2) Add in the cooked rice and toss till rice is coated with the sauce and the bacon is mixed well in the rice.
3)Add in the spring onions. Toss.
4)Turn heat of immediately and serve.
