Chicken with Teriyaki Reduction

Long time no cook!

Cooked chicken with bones on for the first time…surprisingly turned out to be good!

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs and 1 breast piece cut up into smaller pieces
a small bowl full of  Teriyaki Marinade
7-8 small white onions
salt and sugar to season
a little it of green chili sauce

METHOD:

1) Marinade chicken in the Teriyaki marinade and crushed ,peeled ,whole white onions and a little bit of ginger garlic  paste .Leave for 2-3 hours.

2)To cook chicken heat oil in a wok and add chicken and onions. Remove pieces as they cook or they will over cook. Once all pieces are put them back in the wok and add chili sauce and stir throughly.

3)Remove chicken from wok and deglaze with a glass of water. Reduce liquid on a low heat and keep stirring occasionally till it thickens.

4)Serve with cucumber marinated in vinegar.
