A quick snack.
(For one tomato)
1 large tomato(remove the pulp)
chicken( just enough to stuff the tomato)
1 tbsp cheese (your choice)
dry oregano just to sprinkle on top
For white sauce:
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
butter (double the amount of flour)
2)Melt butter and add flour to it. Keep on high flame. Keep mixing and after it turn slightly brown mix in milk , remove from heat within a minute.. Add some extra virgin olive oil at the end. Add in cooked chunks of chicken and saute.
3)In another pan shallow fry the hollowed tomato till all sides are golden.
4)Stuff with chicken top with cheese and oregano and bake for 10-15 minutes.
