An easy recipe for a great deep-fried snack!
1 boneless chicken breast
1 cup flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
salt and lemon for seasoning
1) Slice chicken horizontally into think slices. Tenderise with mallet till you get really thin slices of chicken.
2)Cover slices of chicken with flour, then dip it into the beaten egg. Add a little water to the egg while beating.Coat with bread crumbs after the egg dip.
3)Fry in hot oil till golden brown. season with salt and squeeze a little bit of lemon at the end. Serve with mayonnaise .
