A quick dinner recipe.
1 boneless chicken breast
2 slices of bacon
a slice of your choice of cheese
pepper and salt for taste
a few chunks of jalapeno peppers
olive oil for cooking
1)Cut chicken into two pieces. Flatten and sprinkle salt and pepper. Assemble cheese, bacon and peppers on it.
2)Wrap and shallow fry in a covered pan for a minute on each side.
3)Drizzle with some exta virgin olive oil, sprinkle a little bit on salt and pepper and serve!
