An easy side dish to go with gravies, pasta and steak.
1 small potato
juice of half a lemon
a little bit of finely chopped coriander
dry herbs of your choice
extra virgin olive oil ( to drizzle on top)
a few drops of tabasco if you like it spicy
1) Cook potato in microwave for 3-4 minutes with a little olive oil.
2)Once cooked grill directly over flame till you burn it as much as you like.
3)Squeeze lemon and add salt and the other flavours along with coriander and drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top .
4) Serve with gravies, pasta or steak.
